Magazine Group adds digital editions from world’s largest newsstand, Zinio
Customers of Magazine Group (
www.magazine-group.co.uk), the UK’s number one online subscription agency, can now get subscriptions and single copies of digital magazines through a partnership with Zinio, the world’s leader in digital-content design and distribution.
The two companies have created Magazine Group Digital (
http://magazinegroupdigital.zinio.com/), a co-branded website that allows UK customers to search and buy from more than 50,000 digital magazines and books available on Zinio.com.
UK magazines offered digitally on Zinio have a seamless link from the main Magazine Group site to the relevant page on the digital newsstand, allowing customers to choose from a print or digital subscription. For the first time, the new site also offers customers tens of thousands of back issues.
“There is no doubt that this is one of the fastest-growing areas of subscriptions,” says Don Brown, the Business Development Director of ThreePM. “So we want to be able to offer our customers not only the choice of print and digital subscriptions for UK magazines, but also the facility to buy from the vast range of worldwide titles that are currently available through Zinio’s portfolio.”
