All About Manchester to launch digital magazine, targets 20,000 subscribers
The move will see publisher Selini Publishing looking to expand its readership base and offer video, 360-degree photography and augmented reality content.
How-Do caught up with the firm's publishing director Evie Lucas to find out more.
Free monthly title All About Manchester was launched in 2005 and currently prints around 130,000 copies a year, claiming to reach an audience of 500,000 people. Its main target audience is visitors to the city.
Lucas explained that the decision to launch a 'state-of-the-art digital edition' of the magazine was motivated by a desire "to satisfy the ever-growing demand for copies without increasing our printing costs.
"It's a cost-efficient way to increase our circulation and gather more information about our readers," she added.
