Over the festive period we will be continuing to publish news and features, with a special emphasis on the key stories of 2018 and what we can expect for 2019.
We’d like to leave you with the thoughts of Bo Sacks, a publishing hall of fame luminary and one of the elder statesmen of our industry. In his 2018 Christmas newsletter address, he says:
It’s undoubtedly an interesting time for media professionals. Some of us in media have made momentous leaps while others are still trying to figure out the new rules of engagement. But have no fear — we as an industry are strong, vibrant and creative. Yes, there will be unexpected changes and unusual turns of events. Rather than fear it embrace the future, because there is no rational alternative where everyone, even you, is empowered to be a disruptor.
But remember, the most enduring cycle throughout history is our love of family and friendship. That being said, I send you all a big hug and the hope that you are surrounded by peace, love, family and friendship.
