Brits at Guardian US given poorer employment terms

British staff at The Guardian’s US office have reportedly been given poor employment terms if they want to keep their jobs.

The paper wants to give employees US-style contracts, according to The Telegraph, which reported that senior British employees are opting to return home. The contracts are said to be offering worse sick pay and notice period rights.
